As with previous LANs we have hosted the number of VR users has increased, truly amazing. But the sad reality is that with more users comes more interference between the Base Stations/Sensors of the equipment. We at SkyNet Wales are unable to guarantee your headsets will work correctly if others decide to bring theirs, also due to the increasing attendance every year space has now become a premium and has been allocated for additional seating and tables. With that comes extra concerns over tripod placement and trailing cables which could impact access around the event and could even cause a health and safety concerns.

We are in no way saying do not bring your VR Setups but just wanted to make sure everyone knows we are unable to support them if problems occur.
